Recreation

Wedgewood residents can enjoy the great outdoors in many ways, picnicking or playing tennis and basketball in neighborhood parks, hiking or biking along nearly 30 miles of paved trails, fishing in Colby Lake or boating down the St. Croix River. Downhill and cross country skiing are available at Afton Alps State Park. Just minutes away, the Lake Elmo Park Reserve has several thousand acres of wild landscape, and activities from archery to swimming.
