Pamela Gage, Chief People Officer of Wedgewood, is passionate about strengthening employee engagement through people-first initiatives rooted in company culture. She leads Wedgewood's people strategy across the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and development to leadership, organizational design, and total rewards. She partners with the business to build a positive workplace environment where our people can grow and do their best work.
Pamela has over 18 years of leadership experience in global high-growth startups, mid-market, and large enterprise companies, including UnitedLex, ParcelShield, Breakwater Solutions, WP Engine, IBM, and StoredIQ. Much of that time has been spent in private equity-backed businesses during periods of significant growth and transformation, where she has guided employees through integrations and leadership transitions and built high-performing people teams.
Pamela's connection to Wedgewood's mission is personal, rooted in caring for the animals on her family's farm. She lives with her husband and daughter on their organic farm in Central Texas, home to three adopted dogs, a small herd of Wagyu cattle, and 28 beehives. Pamela holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. She serves her local community as PTO president and as a volunteer teaching gardening at an elementary school. A passionate learner and foodie, Pamela enjoys time with family and friends, adventures on the farm, traveling, the outdoors, and music.
