This year, the AVMA Convention is held in conjunction with the 40th World Veterinary Association Congress, ensuring a uniquely global experience. The ACVP Conference is the premier event for veterinary pharmacy professionals. This unique event sold out in 2024 and is expected to do so again. The event features a slate of industry experts presenting lectures on various aspects of compounding, including new treatments and quality control, and built-in opportunities to network with exhibitors.

The AAFP/FVMA conference immerses attendees in feline medicine and care. This year’s conference focuses on feline nephrology, urology, and dentistry. Hands-on opportunities include a feline handling workshop, feline orthopedic evaluation, and a feline boot camp for new veterinarians.

The 71st annual AAEP Convention is a destination for equine practitioners and caregivers. Although the 2025 program hasn’t been released, the theme for this year’s business track is “Sustainability From the Business Side.” Previous pharmacy topics have included compliance and judicious use of equine medications.

This five-day event historically features more than 950 hours of CE and countless professional tracks, ensuring in-depth education for every team member and topic. While specific sessions vary by year and the 2026 program has not been revealed, attendees can be assured a variety of options on compounding, regulatory updates, pharmacy management, business development, practice ownership, clinical education, industry advancements, and more.

With its 98th event scheduled in 2026, WVC (formerly known as Western Veterinary Conference) is one of the longest-running conferences in the country. Viticus Group, WVC’s parent organization, is adding a second location in 2026 with WVC Nashville, which will be held in August. Although the 2026 program is not yet available, WVC is known for providing a wide variety of educational topics that benefit every member of the veterinary team.
